This whistleblowing system has been established for all employees of the KAEFER Group as well as for our business partners. Here you can submit reports in your own name or anonymously.

Regardless of your choice, we ask that you set up a secured postbox. This enables the option of further confidential communication and questions from the processor.

However, this system may not be misused to knowingly submit false or slanderous statements or information. Reports that are intended to denounce other persons or defame them against better judgement will not be tolerated and may be punishable by law in some countries.

We must all do our part to prevent and correct violations of applicable law or the KAEFER Code of Conduct. Your reports help us detect harmful activities at an early stage and identify the culprits effectively.
