Speak up when something is not right

Compliance with basic ethical principles and legal regulations is part of Pfleiderer's philisophy. We therefore encourage our employees, business partners, and also third parties to report violations.

Violations may be all breaches of laws or internal rules by employees of Pfleiderer Group, but also a violation of the Code of Conduct for Suppliers by one of our business partners.

We will of course respect your decision to remain anonymous. In this case, you can install a mailbox with special privacy protection, which you can use to communicate with us. This is important because questions often arise during investigations which we can only clarify with your help and which may be decisive for further action.

Our employees do not have to fear any disadvantages because of their report if it is made in good faith. However, false accusations, suspicions and unjustified defamation of others are not permissible and can have serious consequences for affected persons. Therefore, reports should only be made if the whistleblower is convinced that they are correct.
