One of the most important tasks facing Pfleiderer Group is to build the image of a socially and ethically acting organization in all operations. In order to achieve this aim, it is important to prevent all events that may expose the company to image or financial losses. Therefore, the Pfleiderer Management Board decided to introduce a web-based whistleblowing system.

This can be used not only by employees to report irregularities or violations of the applicable rules but, also by third parties (e.g. customers, suppliers, business partners, etc.).

We call reporting person a "whistleblower" because he signals us any wrongdoing at operational or company level. Whistleblowers acting for ethical and moral reasons play a decisive role in preserving company values.

However, false accusations, suspicions and unjustifiable slandering of others are not permitted. Please note, however, that information can lead to decisions that have far-reaching consequences for those affected. Therefore, information should only be provided if the whistleblower is convinced that they are correct.
