By using this secure platform, the SNCF Group allows you to bring to its attention any breach of the group's ethics guidelines or any known or suspected violation of the law or internal policies, whether you are an employee, a third party or a business partner.

This platform does not deal with:

  • disputes and/or complaints from SNCF Group customers (tickets, quality of service, loss or theft of personal effects, etc.). Complaints should be made online to the relevant "Customer Relations" department (TGV and Intercités, TER, TRANSILIEN):

This platform does not deal with reports related to allegations of disclosure of confidential information concerning the activities of railway companies operating on the National Rail Network (Réseau Ferré National), which should be sent to ALERTEPGIC@reseau.sncf.fr.

All information provided, including the identity of the author of the report, will be treated confidentially in accordance with legal provisions.
