Exyte Management GmbH

Speak up! It’s the Right Way.

If you become aware of any actual or potential violations of the laws or regulations, the Exyte Code of Conduct or related internal policies, we encourage you to Speak Up and help to make Exyte a better work place.

"We stand for and take pride in our commitment to do business in accordance with the highest legal and ethical standards. The trust which our clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders place in our compliant behaviour is of utmost importance to us. Help us to uphold this trust. Whenever you become aware of misconduct, take responsibility and Speak Up.“

The Exyte Speak Up Portal is part of our comprehensive compliance program to prevent misconduct that may seriously affect the operations and reputation of Exyte. It enables employees and business partners to raise concerns about possible violations, confidentially and if required, anonymously. Such reports can be made 24 hours, 7 days a week in most official languages of those locations where Exyte maintains offices. The portal is a highly secure web-based whistleblowing system operated by an independent third party service provider, EQS Group (BKMS® System). A description of how the BKMS® System works and information on the security certifications can be found at: https://www.eqs.bkms-system.com/en/.

We encourage you to leave your contact details or set up a secured postbox on the platform to facilitate the investigation. This enables you to be anonymously informed about the processing of the report or to share any information that maybe useful for the investigation. Even if you tell us who you are, your identity will not be disclosed to anyone who is not directly involved with the investigations.

Further details about Exyte Speak Up Portal can be found in the FAQs.
