SMS group GmbH

Compliance affects all of us – Do your part!

The excellent reputation of SMS group is a key competitive advantage. The unparalleled reputation of our company is not only the result of 150 years of responsible conduct, it is above all an expression of the work culture that is fostered by employees around the world.

An essential foundation of the trust placed in our company by business partners and the public is our respect for and adherence to legal and statutory provisions as well as company-internal rules and regulations. To safeguard this trust, we are interested in learning about any compliance violations.

Employees and external third parties with knowledge of compliance risks are encouraged to inform the proper contacts in the company, such as a supervisor or compliance officer.

In addition, SMS group offers its employees as well as its customers, suppliers and other business partners a secure whistleblower portal for submitting reports on possible severe compliance violations. Reports can be submitted confidentially via this channel at any time and from any location. Submitted reports are received by the Compliance department of SMS group and are forwarded to competent specialized departments for confidential processing, if necessary.

The whistleblower portal serves the purpose of identifying and avoiding significant risks for the company. For this reason, only reports on topics contained in the SMS group Code of Conduct are accepted here (see https://www.sms-group.com/sms-group/about-us/compliance/)

We kindly ask you to use the whistleblower system conscientiously. Only share information that you believe to be correct to the best of your knowledge and belief.

We thank you in advance for your assistance!
