Transparency is doing the right thing
At Tenaris, we are committed to building a corporate culture of transparency and integrity based on ethical behaviour and compliance with laws. This is essential for the long-term sustainability of our business in a competitive market.
You can make a contribution by reporting behaviour contrary to Tenaris’ Code of Conduct, such as acts of corruption, fraud, theft, abuse or discrimination in the work environment.
The Compliance Line is a confidential communication channel available in several languages 24 hours a day, 365 days a year that allows employees, suppliers, customers and other interested parties to report irregular incidents or situations.
The Compliance Line is independently operated by the Internal Audit department, who directly receives all reports for analysis using the technology of a company that guarantees strict confidentiality standards.
Reports can be submitted anonymously. Safeguarding your anonymity, we encourage you to provide contact information or set up a secured postbox as the possibility to interact contributes to the success of the investigation.
Tenaris will take the necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of the information received and the fair treatment of suspected persons, respecting their right of defense. Furthermore, it will not tolerate any form of punishment or retaliation against persons who report in good faith possible violations of the Code of Conduct.
