Evangelische Kirche in Deutschland

Reporting office of the Evangelical Church in Germany (Evangelische Kirche in Deutschland - EKD) in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act

Confidential submission of reports in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act

All employees of the EKD, member churches and member church institutions are required to carry out their work in compliance with applicable regulations and laws. In order to prevent possible misconduct such as corruption, bribery or other illegal acts, we have set up this portal, which you can use as an eligible whistleblower to submit reports and complaints about any irregularities and misconduct.

In this way, you help us to maintain our standards and to be able to uncover and prevent any misconduct as early as possible.

All reports and complaints will be taken seriously and processed in strict confidentiality. This prevents information from being passed on without your consent and thus provides important protection against retaliation. It is guaranteed that there will be no negative consequences for you as long as, at the point in time you submit your report, you have sufficient reason to believe that the information submitted by you is true.
