Wieland Electric GmbH

WIELAND TAKES RESPONSIBILITY.

As a global player, we are committed to the environmental and social goals of our time. Wieland is also subject to a variety of laws. Each individual is responsible for compliance with the laws, rules and regulations that apply to them personally and based on their status within an organisation. Compliance with these laws and regulations is part of our core values.

To support this, Wieland promotes a culture in which employees and everyone who works with us are free to express their concerns about non-compliance with these laws and regulations or about unethical practices or conduct that are not in accordance with our ethical standards.

With this whistleblowing/reporting system, we would like to offer our employees, customers, suppliers and the general public the opportunity to directly report compliance violations in the Wieland Division. The reporting process particularly ensures that we are made aware of risks relating to human rights and the environment as well as violations of human rights and environmental obligations as a result of the economic actions of our company in our own division or a direct supplier.

We want to effectively protect you as a whistleblower/reporter and offer here a communication platform secured with the newest technologies to permit the submission of anonymous reports. At the same time, you can receive feedback on the processing status and answer questions about your report by setting up a secured postbox at the end of the reporting process. Only the Wieland Division is responsible for processing the content of the reports.

We must all do our part to prevent and correct violations of the law. Your reports help us detect criminal activity at an early stage, identify culprits, prevent further harm and secure your job.

More information about the reporting process can be found in the FAQ.

Thank you for your assistance.
