We want to promise our patients, residents, care recipients and other persons entrusted to us as well as guests and partners that we will carry out all work and tasks – however challenging – at the highest possible level and live up to the requirements placed on us.

Our code of conduct, which was created with this goal in mind, contributes to the successful realisation of our core values by setting minimum standards that are binding for all employees of DIANA Kliniken AG and its affiliated companies within the scope of their work.

With this whistleblowing system, we want to offer our employees an instrument that allows them to report abnormalities or possible violations in a way that protects their anonymity.
