Compliance and integrity are of great importance within the Intersnack Group. We as the Group Board are committed to ensuring that leading practices of good corporate governance are observed throughout the Intersnack Group.

If you, as an employee, customer, or supplier of a company of the Intersnack Group have information about a violation of laws, company policies or business principles, we ask you to speak up. By doing so you will help us discover and investigate misconduct or violations at an early stage.

If a situation calls for it, this whistleblowing reporting channel can also be used to anonymously submit a report. However, the investigation of a suspicion is much easier if there is a possibility to get in contact with the reporting person. For this purpose, we ask you to set up your own secured post-box which is possible after submitting a report. This allows Group Compliance to enter into a dialogue with you.

Regardless of contacting us anonymously or by identifying yourself, every report will be processed immediately and treated confidentially. We do not tolerate any forms of retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, discloses any actual or suspected violations. On the other hand, we do not accept any deliberately inaccurate, insulting, or defamatory reports.
